We're super excited to announce our next Newborn Basics Class with Dr. Coleman is coming up Saturday, June 21st, at 9am at our Valparaiso office. Geared towards expectant moms and their partners, this free and interactive class will cover the basics of caring for a newborn. The course is hosted by our very own Dr. Aubrey Coleman (pediatrician and mom to a toddler). Dr. Coleman will offer practical insights into the first weeks of parenthood and things you can do to prepare yourself for this new adventure! Associated Pediatricians is excited to offer this Breastfeeding Basics class led by our on-staff lactation consultant, Sarah Fogarty, RN, IBCLC. During this class, you'll learn the basics of breastfeeding your newborn and receive valuable tips to help maximize your success in breastfeeding. This class offers a casual, no-judgement zone for first time expectant mothers or mothers who have breastfed before and are just looking for a topic refresher. Significant others are welcome to attend (couples can register under one name, just indicate their name when asked in the registration questions).
